2:30 pm fellowship, drinks, snacks

3 pm Women in Ministry, PSBA Name Discussion, Oversight by Umbrella Organizations

  • Understanding the meaning and implications of the national SBC women in ministry constitutional amendment vote in 2027. Our discussion will be aided by the SBC Executive Committee hopefully bringing clarity in their September meeting.
  • In keeping with our churches and mission, we will begin a discussion about a possible PSBA name change (adding a D.B.A., doing business as).
  • Washington State nonprofit status “requirement of enforcement” by umbrella-providing organizations. What you may not know, but need to know.

4 pm fellowship

4:30 pm Executive Director Transition Plan, Impact Leaders, Partnerships

  • Presenting the PSBA Executive Director transition plan, process, and timeline.
  • Increasing PSBA Impact Leaders, Groups, and Gifts from the PSBA to churches
  • Getting ready for a new 2027 pipeline of out-of-state church and church plant partnerships.

5:30 pm dinner

6:30 pm Annual Meeting, highlights include…

  • Testimony: Accepting the Baton from the Previous Generation, Zack Dunckley
  • Message: “Growing in Grace: peace when God reveals our hearts,” by Ron Shepard
  • Pastors Panel: “Discovering & Developing New Workers & Leaders,” led by Andrew Fouché
